  • 09:30 I love watching "our" hummingbird every morning. She hangs out alone at the top of an old tree & buzzes back & forth. #
  • 09:57 I’m procrastinating on exercising. Even though I know it makes me feel really good. Why do I do that? #
  • 11:02 The great thing about being out of shape is you can get your heart rate up in NO time. Took less than 20 min. to start sweating like a pig. #
